Service spaces

In projects that are away from population centers and big cities, meeting employees needs such as sport and entertainments have an effective role on their freshness and vitality, so PETC through design and implementation of sports halls tried to build a beautiful environment for executive forces health.

Administrative Buildings

In manufacturing and construction projects beneficiaries of the project are deployed in activities implementation site. Construction of PETC administrative buildings according to the needs of different factors such as project management, executive engineers, logistic and security groups could have a significant role in increasing the productivity of human resources.

Personnel Accommodation

Personnel accommodation near the location of the activity has a considerable impact on reducing the cost of commuting, energy consumption and human resources management. Therefore, the implementation of PETC residential buildings in hostel or suites form provide safe environment along with comfort and relaxation to executive personnel.
